Everyone we know that our heart pumps 50 to 100 times in one minute. In our heart we have four chambers. Two in the superior and two in the inferior part. Their is a rhythm in pumping heart beats. What is arrhythmia?

The irregular rhythm of heart is called arrhythmia. And for this irregular rhythm or sequences heart beats becomes too low or too fast comparing to the normal heart beats as a result blood cannot reached properly to the different parts of the body which creates many complications. Most of the arrhythmia is temporary. And for this types of arrhythmia heart sometimes skips from it's natural beats or even creates an extra beat. In some cases this conditions can be happened from the mental pressures or lifestyles. But arrhythmia can be dangerous and for this patient can be died.So who are having this beating problem should consult to the doctor immediately.

Symptoms Of Arrhythmia:

Classifications of Arrhythmia:

Arrhythmia is classified into two types. They are as:

  • Supra-ventricular arrhythmia
  • Ventricular arrhythmia

Supra-ventricular and ventricular arrhythmia are identified by counting the speed of the heart beats. For this reason beats can be too fast or too slow. When the beats rate is too slow it is known as bradycardia. In this case beats in less than 60 in one minute. If the rate is too slow then it is known as tachycardia and it's beats is faster than 100 beats in resting periods in one minute.

Supra-ventricular arrhythmia: It causes in the area of the upper two chambers of the heart which is called Atrium. Generally when for a long time arrhythmia happened in hearts are known as atrial fibrillation. Normally hearts beats 50 - 100 in one minute but when atrial fibrillation caused then 400 - 600 beats in one minute. For these many diseases are seen in the body.

Symptoms Of bradycardia:

  • Feels restless.
  • Feels suffocated and can't breath.
  • Can have headache pain.
  • Also feels lightheaded.
  • Dizziness.

Ventricular arrhythmia: It is seen in the lower chamber which is called ventricle. For the ventricular tachycardia the heart beats are faster than 100 times. It beats doesn't stopped until any medicine are given to the patient. This is a very dangerous steps of this disease. Because it is ventricular fibrillation which means it creates disorder in the electrical activity in the heart. And it collapse the functions of the heart which result death.

Symptoms Of tachycardia:

  • For the unusual beats feels angina in the throats.
  • Feels a racing beats in the chest.
  • All the times feels a suffocation's in him.
  • Becomes weak.
  • Can't breath properly.
  • Becomes senseless.
  • Sweats very much.

  1. By reducing stressful lifestyles.
  2. Have to decrease the intake of coffee and have to stop smoking and alcohol.
  3. Have to stop using stimulant drugs if habituate to it.

Some arrhythmia doesn't needs any treatment. Just by avoiding those any one can be back to their normal lifestyles. When following a healthy lifestyles it's starts to recover naturally as you started to live healthy your immune systems also starts to get well.

When it is seen that doing all those steps but can't controlled arrhythmia then in that case pacemaker is advised by the doctor as per conditions and the stages of the diseases.

  5. Not only the aged person are having this disease but also the young generations are also having arrhythmia.
  6. Ventricular arrhythmia is much more dangerous than the supra-ventricular arrhythmia.
  7. By walking everyday, avoiding spicy fast food, stop having too much sweets in your daily diet, not smoking and not drinking alcohol - easily this disease can be kept far away.
